Fixings

3 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, finely hacked

2 x 400g jars hacked tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tsp each dried oregano and thyme
3 sound leaves
1l vegetable stock
500g spaghetti
parmesan or veggie lover cheddar, ground, to serve

Guidance
Heat the oil in a huge pan and add the onions, carrots, celery and garlic. Cook tenderly for 15-20 mins until everything is relaxed. Mix in the lentils, cleaved tomatoes, tomato purée, spices and stock.
